The other day, I played frisbee with my friends in PE. It's been a while since I played it. The wind wasn’t strong, but the frisbees flew to many places. After all, it's fun to do exercises.

この間久しぶりに体育でフリスビーをした。風は強くはなかったが、フリスビーはいろんな所に飛んでいった。やっぱり体を動かすことは楽しい。

The other day, I played frisbee with my friends in PE.

It's been a while since I played it.

The wind wasn’t strong, but the frisbees flew to many placeseverywhere.

The wind wasn’t strong, but the frisbees flew everywhere.

We don't really say "flew to many places." Using the word "everywhere" demonstrates how strong the wind was.

After all, it's fun to do exercises

It's fun to be active

"To do exercises" means something more formal like going to a class or doing weight training. Being with friends is something more casual so we don't really think of it as "doing exercise."
