The other day, I played frisbee with my friends in PE. It's been a while since I played it. The wind wasn’t strong, but the frisbees flew to many places. After all, it's fun to do exercises.
この間久しぶりに体育でフリスビーをした。風は強くはなかったが、フリスビーはいろんな所に飛んでいった。やっぱり体を動かすことは楽しい。

"To do exercises" means something more formal like going to a class or doing weight training. Being with friends is something more casual so we don't really think of it as "doing exercise."
