I gotreceived a bad grade on a Pprogramming test.
It depends upon whether you would like to write in a more casual tone ("I got a bad grade") or a little more formal tone ("I received a bad grade").
I studied really hard although Ind still got an awful grade, so. Now I don't feel like studying Pprogramming.
Or for a more formal tone:
I studied very hard for this exam and still received a terrible grade. Now I don't feel like studying for my programming class.

You don't need to capitalize "programming"
Although I studied really hard although, I got an awful grade, so I don't feel like studying Pprogramming.
"although" means "in spite of something", so you have to be careful where you put it in the sentence. You had it in the wrong place in your original sentence, so it changed the meaning of the sentence. You can also use "even though" or just "though" in the same way.
Here's some more examples of using "although", "even though", and "though":

I'm sorry you got a bad grade on your test. I don't like programming, either. I had to take some programming classes in college for my degree (namely C++ and Java), and I really did not like them :/
