J'aime faire du vélo...mais
C'est froid aujourd'hui. C'est environ +8 degrés et le vent est trop fort. Je suis triste car j'ai voulu faire du vélo me velo de montagne dans la park. Cet park est trop loin, je gelerai sur la route. Si, j'ai pencé que peut-être je dois aller a la piscine.

Я хранил бы "trop" здесь, потому что я думаю, что автор имел в виду, что ветер был не только "очень" сильным, но "слишком" силным, чтобы ехать на велосипеде
I would keep the "trop" here because I think the OP wanted to express it was not only very windy, but "too" windy to go cycling

The sentence is correct but if you see the context "wanting to go cycling" I think it is better to use :
"Je voudrais faire du vélo...mais"

We use c'est when we want to say something is hot or cold for exemple "the coffee, it's hot" (le café, c'est chaud) or " the coffee, it's cold" ( le café, c'est froid). But when you talk about the weather you have to use "il fait chaud" ( it's hot), or " il fait froid" (it's cold).
