One of the things I love to do in life is listen to music. I can't go a minute without it. 1. After "love to," we use the base verb form, not the -ing form. Correct: love to listen. Other examples: I love to dance. I love to sing. 2. You have two separate sentences joined by a comma. We call that a "comma splice error." To fix this, we make it into two separate sentences. In English, you can just say "in life", "in this life" still makes sense but it is commonly used more so either in a comedic context or when someone is implying that one lives multiple lives. "I can't go" rather than "I can't stay" because it's in reference to "going on with life" and you're saying that you "can't go on with life" without listening to music.

One of the things that I love to do in this life is to listening to music, I can't staygo a minute without listening to a song. One of the things that I love to do in life is to listen to music, I can't go a minute without listening to a song.

Like the last phrase, all of these clauses should be in the present simple tense as you are talking about what music does for you
