Happy Pain
Few days ago, I am reading my friend’s post.
She said she can do 50 pushups in one round.
30 years ago, I can do 90 plus pushup in one round.
Anyway, motivate by her good behave.
Yesterday, I try to do 50 pushups too.
In my current condition one time 50 pushups is impossible.
My first attempt was 15 only.
So, I waited another hour to do the next set.
And the end of the day, totally did 48 pushups.
Close enough.
But today my while body is in pain.
I did try to pushups again, but only able to make 5 pushups!
Even I am in a lot of muscle pain but I will call that as happy pain.
