My first post in English! Please correct any mistakes I made and any unnatural sounding wordings I chose.
I grew up in a hoarder's house. A very filthy one. I had always been surrounded by trillions of stuff, all kinds of bugs and mice as a child. I had never learned how to clean my place and how often I should. I would vacuum a square meter in my messy place and be done.
As a clueless adult that continued until I found the Konmari method this year right after I quit my job. Her method just clicked for me and I had plenty of time at the time.
My life has totally changed. This is what relaxing at home truly feels like. This is how everyone lives their daily lives. People were not faking their clean houses as I thought. It still blows my mind that I had not known this my entire life.
Now I'm trying to learn how to clean every corner of my house. I'm trying to develop a habit of cleaning and trying to come up with a cleaning routine that suits me. I'm slowly becoming a normal person and this is such a nice feeling.

AI grew up in a hoarder’s house—a very filthy one.
This is not a necessary correction, but I think it flows more naturally to combine this sentence and the one before it with this type of punctuation.

Plethora is a fancy word meaning a lot of. You can also say I have always been surrounded by a lot of stuff/things.
I had never learned how to clean my place andor how often I should.
Sounds more natural to me
