it's a holiday

Firstly, it's a holiday. I love this date because it's my favorite day of the weekend. I started the day at 10 o'clock, very late, wow. Later, I woke up; I stayed in bed for quite some time until my wife called me for breakfast. I ate toasted bread in a frying pan. It is delicious 😋. I prefer couscous, but I'm too lazy 🦥 to prepare it. To sum up my day, I rest every day, and now I am studying English on my own."

Firstly, it's a holiday.

I love this date because it's my favorite day of, and it's the weekend.

I'm not sure what you mean... the date is the number (like March 30th), but a certain date doesn't happen on the same day of the week every year. I'm guessing that you like the day because it's a holiday and also it's the weekend. :)

I started the day at 10 o'clock, very late, wow.

Later, I woke up; I stayed in bed for quite some time until my wife called me for breakfast.

I ate bread that was toasted bread in a frying pan.

As written, it means you ate it in the pan instead of on a plate

It iwas delicious 😋.

I prefer couscous, but I'm too lazy 🦥 to prepare it.

To sum up my day, I rest everyed all day, and now I am studying English on my own."

"Every day" means yesterday, today, tomorrow... every single day. "All day" means the whole day for one day.

I'm not quite sure how to correct this sentence, but you can't toast bread in a frying pan LOL. Maybe "I ate bread cooked in a frying pan"?

It is delicious 😋.

I prefer couscous, but I'm too lazy 🦥 to prepare it.

To sum up my day, I rest everyed all day, and now I am studying English on my own."

I think this is what you meant, as from context it seems that you only rest on weekends, so not every day...
