Is this a poem?

The night is really quiet and the lights are bright.
The air conditioner is on, 20 degrees Celsius.
I am sitting on the couch alone and playing on my phone.
I am not a young man anymore.
Look back at those days I have gotten through.
Is there anything that I regret? Nothing.
Is there anything that I appreciate a lot? Still nothing.
It seems I have done a lot, but again, it seems I have done nothing.
Time passes thus, I don’t even know that.
Am I happy? Kind of.
Am I not happy? Kind of.
No matter if you are willing to forward, you have to go ahead.
It seems everybody goes this way, whether you like it or not.
So, let’s move forward, whatever is in front of it.
Just go forward.
until it comes to the end.

Corrections

Is this a poem?

The night is really quiet and the lights are bright.

I am sitting on the couch alone and playing on my phone.

I am not a young man anymore.

Look back at those days I have gotten through.

Is there anything that I regret?

No.|Nothing.

"No" would be the normal way to respond.

Again, no.|Still nothing.

It seems I have done a lot, but again, it seems I have done nothing.

Time passes thus, I don’t even know that.

What is this sentence supposed to mean?

Am I happy?

Kind of.

Am I unot happy?

"Am I not happy?" could be read as a rhetorical question that supposes that you should be happy. "Am I unhappy?" is better.

Kind of.

No matter ifwhether you are willing to go forward, you have to go aheadneed to.

It seems everybody goes this wayneeds to do this, whether youwe like it or not.

So, let’s move forward, whatever is in front of itus.

Just go forward until you get to the end.

I joined this sentence and the next one.

until it comes to the end.

Feedback

I would call this prose that has some attributes of poetry.

By writing posts here, you have demonstrated that you are not just passively moving forward, regardless of how you may feel at a particular moment in time. Feelings change, but you're trying to accomplish something that goes beyond your current mood. That sounds healthy to me.

Time passes thus, I don’t even know that.

Time passes like this and I wasn't even aware of it.
