If my offi(employer/manager/workplace) calls me while onI'm on a day off, I usually get angry about it.
Other words sound more natural than "office" in this sentence.
I always switch off myself at home, so I don’t want to be interrupted by work.

I assume you mean you are turning off your phone and not yourself.
