is it incorrect in grammer?

"Innovative Research Continued"

As a short sentence to identify the moto,
this sentence is incorrect in grammer?
Someone says that 'Continued' should be 'to be continued'.
Or it could be explain as a postmodifier ?

AHere is a short sentence to identify the moto,to.

"Moto" has to do with music, but I'm not really sure if "motto" is the word you want either? Not too sure on the meaning here.

Is this sentence is incorrect in grammer's grammar correct?

Or it could be explainused as a post-modifier ?

Feedback

"Innovative Research Continued" looks like a title, but if it's suppose to be a sentence, then it should be "Innovative research continued." With a period and only the first word capitalized, then it's fine.

"Innovative research to be continued" does not work as a standalone sentence. You'll need to use "will be continued" or "has been continued" to make it grammatically correct.

Thank you so much :-)
"Innovative Research Continued" looks like a title >>> As I know, an adjective is posted in fron ot a noun. But in the case, it can be interpret same as 'contiued/continuing innovative research'? In title the post-modifier is usual ?

As a title, it's perfectly fine. I can only think of one way to interpret these 3 words, so yes.

However, if you want to make it perfectly clear that "continued" is modifying research rather than a verb, then "Continued Innovative Research" or "Innovative Research that Continued" would be alternatives. Do keep in mind that these can't be used as a sentence by themselves.

Sorry if I misunderstood your question.
