Hand-Made Mask for My Father
My father is in a retirement home. I usually drive over to him on weekends to care him.
I gave him some packs of disposal masks before but they are running short.
I was thinking if it is ok I give him the masks made from my used underware. It is the bottocks part. Then, my wife said to him.
Wife: (to my fater)This mask was made from Tamo-chan's used T-shirts. I used clean parts of it and washed clean. Can you try on it. If it doesn't fit you, I will adjust or remake it. If it is ok, I will bring 7 masks next week.
Me: (to my wife) I also want to use the mask from my T-shirts if you can make so many.
W: (to me) Don't be extravagant. Even the masks from your underware have no any problem, right? It is much better than they go to the trashcan. We cannot make a living unless we have to make masks with whatever stuff we have in the house.
M: I know what you mean but I don't feel good as I feel like kissing my bottoms.
W: It is important to have experiences of anything.

I usually drive over to him on weekends to care of him.
It's either "to take care of X" or "to care for X". While both have the right dictionary meaning here, "to take care of" (when not in the phrase "taking care of myself") has a strong connotation of "dealing with" — which is not what you're looking for here. I'd say "... on weekends to care for him".

I wanted to say like "Don't be luxury". My underwear is cheaper than my T-shirts.
My wife doesn't allow me to use a thing which is more expensive than my unerwear.
Is "Don't be silly" also used for this situation? Otherwie, is there any phrase similar to "Don't be luxury"?

It's either "to take care of X" or "to care for X". Other people have commented on spelling and contractions in "I was thinking if it is ok I give him the masks made from my used underware"
One other note that hasn't been pointed out is it sounds better to say, "I was wondering..." instead of saying "I was thinking..."
