Although I studied really hard although, I got an awful grade, so I don't feel like studying Pprogramming.

"although" means "in spite of something", so you have to be careful where you put it in the sentence. You had it in the wrong place in your original sentence, so it changed the meaning of the sentence. You can also use "even though" or just "though" in the same way.

Here's some more examples of using "although", "even though", and "though":

I studied really hard although Ind still got an awful grade, so. Now I don't feel like studying Pprogramming. I studied really hard and still got an awful grade. Now I don't feel like studying programming.

Or for a more formal tone: I studied very hard for this exam and still received a terrible grade. Now I don't feel like studying for my programming class.
