Im happybee
Hope you’re all doing well
I’m here to learn English because of language barrier I am not able to find a job in my field. I’m not confident in my communication skills. To get registered in my professional body I need to score overall 7 in IELTS otherwise I can’t be able to get a job in my field. I graduated with good grades but because of this language barrier I couldn’t able to find a job in my field after I moved to an English speaking country. I need to improve my English skills very badly. Please correct my mistakes.

Just adding some punctuation here, as it's an important part of practicing writing in a new language.

I’m not confident in my communication skills.

To get registered in my professional body, I need to score a 7 overall 7 in (the) IELTS o. Otherwise, I can’won't be able to get a job in my field.

You -need- to do something (presently) or you -will not be- (in the future) able to do something. The structure "can't be able" is never grammatically correct, just for reference.

I graduated with good grades, but because of this language barrier I couldn’t able to find a job in my field after I moved to an English -speaking country.

Another note here that "couldn't able" is not correct - you don't need the able.

I need to improve my English skills very badly.

Please correct my mistakes.
