Missing 'r' in effort. Again, "writings" sounds a bit unnatural to my ear. You could use "responses" or maybe "entries". If I were writing this, I would just say you'll try to correct the Spanish you find. To me, it's clear that you're talking about the writing of other people.

This sentence is correct, but it would make more sense to use "high" or "advanced" to describe your English level instead of "acceptable".
