Internationally-minded
Being internationally-minded is not just to be fluent in foreign languages, feel free to travel abroad and work overseas, but able to understand a foreign culture, compare it with one’s own and communicate with foreign people without any prejudice, considering the difference.
国際性というと、言葉ができて、海外に気軽に出かけたり,そこで仕事ができたりということだけでなく、異民族の文化を理解したり、自国の文化と比較できること、それを通して異民族と分け隔てなく接することができることをいうのではないか。

I think 'Being Internationally-minded / Internationally-mindedness' is more natural for a title than a adjective.
Being internationally-minded is not just to bebeing fluent in foreign languages, feel freor being able to travel abroad and work overseas, but being able to understand a foreign culture, compare it with one’s own and communicate with foreign people without any prejudice,s while considering their differences.

Well done! I agree. Learning a language (and being internationally-minded) has a lot to do with understanding other people and their culture.
