Improve My Spoken English

Recently, I followed a Japanese on YouTube. She has never lived in any English-speaking countries, but she speaks English very well. According to the comments from English native-speaks below her videos, I can see that it seems that her English is close to native-level.
She has posted some videos about language learning. In one of her videos, she shared her methods on learning English from YouTube videos. The most important point in this video for me is that after watching a video in English language, I should try to talk to my self about the content of the video in my own English words. I can understand most of the English videos on YouTube without subtitles, but my spoken English is still poor. So I want to try her method to improve my spoken English.

Corrections

I can understand most of the English videos on YouTube without subtitles, but my spoken English is still poor, so I want to try her method to improve my spoken English.

This is stylistic/preferential, but I feel this works better as one long sentence instead of two.

Feedback

Well done.

I skipped the other sentences because I agree with most of the other corrections.

You can't say "a Japanese" on it's own, as "Japanese" is an adjective. You need a noun after it like "girl" or "person".
