Improve communication skills is essential, because this is how we live, inform and use for success. The key to a powerful communication are clarity, sparingly, prepare the message and, at the same time, a great nonverbal communication. There are a lot of important aspects that should be avoided as: not trust yourself, speak too loudly, don’t listen to others and the worst for me a weak emotional intelligence.
