Importance of Resting

I want to read as many books as possible, but there is not enough time to read.

If I check my time more precisely, I am able to get spare time to read books.

But it isn't possible to use, because I would be totally exhausted if I use the time.

A few years ago, I tried to check how much time I spent a day, and I wrote all of them on my note.

Then, I could get the extra 2 hours per day, and I used the time more productively.

However, I got tired and finally I was burnt out.

After that, I have tried not to use the spare time except my rest.

With the experience, I understood this sentence.

"It is necessary to have time for grinding an ax"

The Importance of Resting

I want to read as many books as possible, but there is notI never have enough time to read.

In a sentence like this, it's more natural to say "I never have enough time," or "I don't have time," instead of "there is not enough time."

If I checkmanage my time more precisely, I am able to getcould have spare time to read more books.

Edited sentence to sound more natural.

But ithe free time I currently have isn't possible to use for this purpose, because I would be totally exhausted if I use the timedid.

The sentence is a little unclear using the pronoun "it." I changed "it" to "the free time I currently have," and adjusted the sentence as well, to provide more clarity.

A few years ago, I tried to checkmeasure how much time I spent aper day, and I wrote all of them o doing things, and I documented the time in my notebook.

When presenting a quote like this, it is more common to use a colon [:] rather than a period [.]
Then, you can add the quote directly after the colon. No need for a separate sentence.
