Illuminated trees on the streets
Just after Halloween, every shop starts to put on a display of sales skirmish for Christmas on November 1. Also, the trees on the streets are lit up.
I read the illumination on the trees gives the trees a strong stress and the trees becomes tired and hard to give off oxygen during the night. I've been sad to see these illuminated trees since I knew this fact. What if a lot of trees in Tokyo stop giving off oxygen even though the air in Tokyo is basically polluted. I don't want to carry a portable oxygen tank with me all the time as I think it must be heavy definitely.
I think they should light up only buildings or ornaments on the streets, that is, not living things. They have to put themselves in tree's shoes as trees don't say anything no matter how tough they are.

木に装飾されたイルミネーションはその木に強いストレスを与え、木は疲労し、夜間に酸素を出さなくなると読んだことがあります。この事実を知ってから、ライトアップされた木を見ると悲しくなります(T_T)
東京の空気はただでさえ汚いのに、東京中の多くの樹木が酸素を出さなくなったらどうするんだろう。。
私は常に酸素ボンベを持ち歩くのはごめんです(>_<) 絶対重いだろうから。。
私は、建物や道路沿いにある装飾品にのみ、つまり無生物のものにライトアップすべきと思います。
木はどんなに辛くても何も言わないので、木の立場に立って考える必要があると思います(-""-;)

I didn't know this fact either. I figured that having a lot of lights at night would confuse nature, but I never knew it had this effect on trees. However pretty Christmas lights may be, it would probably be best for the environment to stop using them altogether.
