Today,i, I have a new name,i am, I have choosen a name for onemyself,, Lris.
Today, I have a new name, I have chosen a name for myself, Lris.
English uses the single width comma "," not a double width comma.
Beacause my Chinese name cone istains the character for "Hong( (rainbow)" inside )".
Because my Chinese name contains the character for "Hong (rainbow)".
But iI don't known about my new name, ,does it sound strange?
But I don't know about my new name, does it sound strange?
Since you mentioned in a previous post you mentioned wanting to pick an English name, but Lris doesn't read as an English name (and actually is more challenging for English speakers than Hong) to pronounce, as we don't really have the "lr" combination in English.
Perhaps you were looking up Iris? That is a more common name, but note it starts with an I not an L. It can be confusing because the capital I looks like the lowercase l.

cChoose ning a Name
Choosing a Name
(1) I reworded the title so that it sounds more natural.
(2) Typically, all words in a title are capitalised.
Today,i, I have a new name,i am. The name I choose name for onemyself, is Lris.,
Today, I have a new name. The name I chose for myself is Lris,
(1) The pronoun "I" is always capitalised.
(2) I think the writing will flow better if this sentence is split into two. I would also suggest merging the second half with the next sentence, so I replaced the period at the end with a comma.
Beacbecause my Chinese name one ishas the character "Hhong(" (rainbow)") inside (it).
because my Chinese name has the character "hong" (rainbow) inside (it).
As mentioned earlier, I'd suggest merging this sentence with the one above. Therefore, I uncapitalised "because".
But iI don't known, does my new name ,does it sound strange?
But I don't know, does my new name sound strange?
Feedback
“Lris”这个名字可能会有点难念,因为“lr”这个字母组合通常不会出现在英文单词的开头。包含“lr”的单词有“already”、“ballroom”、“walrus”等,但你会发现“lr”总是出现在单词中间。或许你所想的名字是“Iris”?
