If people Knew the real you, what would they think?
I think everybody has a side that anyone really saw it. Like me. Everyone has secrets, even your closest friends or a family member you really like and you make them comfortable around you, they have something that they never showed it to anyone. It can be thoughts, opinions, or things you did and never told anyone. I have some of these and I thinks it’s pretty normal to have them. No one knows the real you. The deep down things that is living inside of us. Especially those people who keeps everything inside them. That ones makes it more difficult to know them. I keep some things to myself and I don’t have the need to tell or show it to anyone. I act differently depending on the person I am with. I act more shy with people I don’t know that well and my personality comes out when I am with the people I feel comfortable with. Some I tell what’s on my mind, to others I think it's not necessary to tell and others things I keep to myself. So anyone really knows me very well. When I tell something about me to a Close friend they can be very surprised, even though they might know many things about me. But if they knew all about me it would be very boring. I could be very predictable and that’s not very interesting. And people change so the things you know about someone might change as well.

In English, the word "people" is plural, so you have to say "those people who keep...".
If we were talking about just one person, you would have to say "that person who keeps...".
That ones makes it more difficult to know them.

Your sentence is perfectly correct, I just added the "already" because I thought it makes the sentence flow a little better, gives it a bit of a different feeling. Although you can say it either way.

Very well written! Only some stylistic errors, but that is always fixed with experience. The more you surround yourself with the language, the easier it will become to choose the right wording and sound more like a native speaker.
And maybe work on the conjugations a bit (review the pronouns "I, you, he/she/it, etc." and how they work together with verbs). In English, luckily, verb conjugations are pretty easy. :) Keep writing!!
