If Japan Won the Second World War
If the USA was defeated by Japan in World War II, USA-led Allies would have had signed a cease-fire agreement with Japan. There would be no communism in China, the current territory of China was divided into different puppet states led by Japan. They were XIngjing, Tibet, Mongolia, Manchukuo, North of China, Southeast of China, and Southwest of China where I am living. The former three states are the minority living areas, and Manchukuo would be the most advanced state.
Both Chinese and Japanese are official languages, and only well command of Japanese can have more opportunities to be promoted if you were working for the government.
German and Japanese would become the most majorities of American want to learn.
The most powerful countries would be German-led New Europe and Japan-led New Asia.

This was very well written! Since this is a hypothetical scenario, the word "would" needs to be used a lot. This is a tricky verb to wrap one's head around, but when used correctly it makes one's writing sound much more natural.
