I believe it is due to their convenience. Customers can easily search for products with varying price tags and choose items that fit their budget. If there is a problem with the product, customers can easily make a complaint, request a return, or ask for a replacement. Furthermore, shop owners are now held more accountable for their products and services because customers can easily leave bad reviews and ratings, which can have a negative impact on their reputation and sales. Since the company is owned by my uncle, I can have a flexible schedule and request a day off if needed. However, the undemanding nature of my job means I receive a limited wage, which covers my bills but not my family's. Additionally, there are no career advancement or promotion opportunities as it is a small company. So, it is a temporary job to meet basic needs rather than a lifetime career.

When I graduated, I returned home to rest for a while before seeking a job. During a holiday, my uncle visited our house and offered me a position in his company. Since the job allows me to work from home, I accepted his offer. Working online from home minimizes social interactions, which is crucial for introverts like me who often feel awkward and uncomfortable in socializing situations.
