Liebe Frau Schmidt,
ich bin seit einer Woche in München und mache einen Ausflug. Ich habe neues Essen gegessen, tolle Kirche angesehen und viele Fotos gemacht. Noch will ich zu meiner Freundin Haus gehen. Weil sie in München wohne.

If you tell about an "Ausflug" (small side trip) during your stay somewhere, it is a bit unnatural if you don't tell about when during this stay you will do the Ausflug.
Even more natural would be if you would specify where this Ausflug will lead you to. Example:
.... und mache übermorgen einen Ausflug nach Neuschwanstein.
Ich habe neues Essen gegessen, Gerichte kennengelernt, eine tolle Kirche angesehen und viele Fotos gemacht.
Churches are countable. Hence, you can't use them in singular without article. This is exactly like in English.

Most likely, you don't want to watch the house she owns from the distance, but actually meet your friend. In this case, you have to write:
Außerdem will ich meine Freundin zu Hause besuchen.

Be careful with the placement of the verb!
