Day 3

I often come across interesting or beautiful phrases (though maybe they're not really that "beautiful", since my amount of reading in English is still too limited to develop the necessary literary taste to discern the quality of sentences ).
Anyway, I came up with the idea of writing these sentences down in my reading journal. Later, I stumbled upon a Youtube video and learned that this method is called "sentence mining", which is a very vivid expression.
However, after a while, I realized a problem: what's the use of writing down words and sentences from books if you seldom review them?

Thanks to everyone who's been helping me with my writing! Any feedback and revision is more than welcome!

Usually, parenthetical stuff is short. The sentence was long enough and sufficiently related to your main point that it looks better as a full-fledged statement.

Google/Alphabet writes "YouTube" this way, so let's respect that.
