I want to talk in English fluently.

I have been studying English for ten years.
But I can not speak English fluently.
I feel like when I see a people who speak English, I think that "Wow,she or he is very cool" "I wanna to be ..."
So, I still continue study English.

10年間英語を勉強してきました。
でも流暢に英語が話せません。
英語を話せる人を見ると、”うわ〜、あの人かっこいい"私もあんな風になりたい"って思う。
だから、今も英語を勉強してる。

I feel like when I see a people who speak English, I think that, "Wow, she or he is very cool" or "I wanna to be (like that)..."
So, I still continue
to study English.

For a direct quote you don't write "that" before it
You use two quotes, I think "or" is the best word to connect them but "and" also works
"Wanna" is a shortened version of "want to" so no "to" after it
"I wanna be" is incomplete, so I suggested adding "like that" to make it sound more whole
"To" between two verbs
