I want to recommend an online Chinese dictionary
I think I've written this topic before. Maybe it was not on this platform.
This morning, an online friend asked me about a poem written in the Qing Dynasty. It's not very good, even compared to the writer's other poems.
Just a few minutes ago, I found a reply to a previous correction that referred to the wrong words from some dictionary.
There is a tremendous amount of Chinese information online. But I have to admit that many of them are not useful or confounding, just like other languages.
So I recommend an online Chinese dictionary, which I normally use.

It includes a dictionary of characters 字典, a dictionary of words 词典, a dictionary of idioms 成语词典, and a dictionary of poems诗词.
I think it's the best online Chinese dictionary I've ever used.
Of course, if you have a paper dictionary called 新华字典, please just ignore this entry. I hope one day there will be an online 新华字典 too.

I capitalized everything except for prepositions. This is standard practice in writing articles, especially within science communication.

It's no wasn't very good, even when compared to the writer's other poems.
Just a few minutes ago, I found a reply to a previous correction that referred to the wrong words from someme some incorrect entries in another dictionary.
But I have to admit that many of them are not useful or confounding,that rich/penetrating/deep just like other languages.
Confounding has a little bit of a confused/perplex/mysterious feel to it.
I hope one day there will be an online version of 新华字典 too.

Oh I see! In this case, I think for the reader you may have to clarify what you mean because in the phrase, "... many of them are not useful or confounding," I wasn't 100% sure if the "not" applied to only "useful," or both "useful" and "confounding." To do this you can say something like this: "... many of them are not useful or just/simply confounding." But even better, I'd phrase it like this:
"... many of them are not that useful or leaves people feeling more bewildered/perplexed/confused."
The phrase, "leaves/left someone _____" is often used to explain something negatively... for example, "Even though my teacher tried to explain the concept to me, her explanation left me more confused."

We often use "confounding" to describe something that leaves someone both confused and surprised. For example, "The teacher was confounded that the student scored a 100% of his exam even though he didn't show up for any of the classes."
