I want to work on my English speaking skills this year. My speaking is lagging behind the other skills because I haven’t got a chance to speak English. I speak just like a toddler saying basic and simple sentences so slowly. It’s frustrating not to be able to express myself properly. I also need to overcome my shyness. I do know that making mistakes is inevitable, but I’m afraid of doing so, which is one of my biggest obstacles to making progress. Anyway, I signed up for online lessons a few days ago. It’s quite challenging to me, but I should step outside my comfort zone.

I feel this. I'm pretty shy as well, so my tendency is to do all reading, writing, and listening with little to no speaking (especially not in front of an actual person!) I should really sign up for some some lessons... I know the research is all "focus only on input", but it's so depressing to have no confidence and no ability to use a new language for years in a real life scenario that isn't like, reading a menu or a billboard. Plus when you speak it takes time for your mouth to learn the muscle memory of saying new sounds even if you know exactly how it is supposed to sound from listening to thousands of hours of audio. I spent part of every shower for months just saying zhi, chi, xue, que until it didn't feel completely alien.
Good job and hope your lessons are fun!

"My" is clearer than "the". "Got" sounds a bit informal and in this case I would instead use "had".

The replacing of "to" in favor of "for" is grammatical in nature.

Speaking is definitely one of the harder parts of the process. Your writing is absolutely stellar. I would recommend researching immersion programs that are within your resources to take. I have never tried out any of them personally, but I've heard great things. I wish you the best of luck! Keep up the good work!

haven't got vs haven't gotten is kind of nuanced

"just like" is pretty emphatic

The "to me" construction here is a little wrong but I'm not sure I can explain why. "It seems quite challenging to me" would also work more naturally. There may be a good grammatical explanation but I'm not sure.

Your writing is way beyond B1 if this didn't take you ten years to write. If you have the time and this is typical for your writing level I think you may be write that you need to focus on speaking and not writing. This doesn't use any particularly advanced word choice or grammar but it's succinct and relatively natural. I didn't nitpick some of the longer sentences because I don't know what tone you're aiming for.
