今日はやろうと決めたことが2つあったけど、結局やらなかった🫠
特に予定がなくて、若い時にはまっていたYouTubeの動画を観た。

I had two things that I decidwanted to do today, but I ended up doing nothing.

Your original sentence is perfect but using "wanted" is what a native would say.

🫠
I didn't have any plans and watched YouTube videos that I was really into when I was young.

This also reads perfect. But I wonder if you wanted to communicate that you watched a YouTuber (a person), or a YouTube channel that you liked when you were younger. The current sentence suggests you were watching the *same* videos that you watched in the past.

Alternatives:
"I didn't have any plans and watched some videos on a YouTube channel that I was really into when I was young"
"I didn't have any plans and watched some videos by a YouTuber that I was really into when I was younger"

I had planned to make a cCoke float, but I opened the freezer and there was aonly butter cookies and cream cheese ice cream.

I thought it wasI had vanilla... What a day!
