I sold my electric grill.
I also sold my hiking shoes.
There is a famous application for selling used items.
You can upload your items on it to sell them.
I have been selling many of my items which I won't use anymore.
I 've got a bit of money from that.
I thought I have to reduce my properties for my mental health and it worked.
Items that wasn't organized distracted me a lot.
I have to clean our home before my girlfriend coming.
I have never cleaned home during this holidays.
I feel like it was a heaven.
I have been in laziness as possible as I can.
I have been lying back and reading books all the time.
I went for a run just once in a day.
Now autumn has come and the weather is so so beautiful and I think I should go travel to enjoy the weather.

clutter is like mess!
I have to clean our hometidy up (my house) before my girlfriend cominges.
clean our home sounds too formal!
I have never cleaned homedone so during this holidays.
It isn't necessary to repeat what you did bc you know from context :)
It feelt like it was a heaven.
I have been in laziness as possible as I canreally lazy lately.
I ha've been lying back and reading books all the time.
I have been sounds too formal, so it's better to say "I've been" :) also, although this is grammatically correct, it's not truly natural :) It'd be better if you said "I've been really lazy lately, lying in bed and reading books all the time" or something like that :)
I went for a run just once in a day.later on/earlier that day/I always go for a run
When using "went" you are talking about something you did in the past. Be it a little earlier today or yesterdar, etc :) So you can't say "just once in a day" bc then you're talking about routine. So if you wanna say that you went for a run earlier that day, you just say "I went for a run earlier/later that day" but if you're trying to say that you always go for a run at least once a day, you say "I always go for a run"
Now autumn has come and the weather is so so beautiful and I think I should go travel to enjoy the weather.
This is correct! Although it doesn't sound as natural, you did a good job :)
