I like relaxed people. Every time I see someone at ease, I want to pat them on the back and say “Keep it up, man, because you can.” Why do I want to do that? Well, because unlike many of my friends, I’m not a chill person at all.
Are you interested in getting a healthy dose of adrenaline? Well, imagine yourself being me. I’m the one who always fusses around, thinking that the world will end exactly today. If you come with me to a meeting, I also would be the one who asks a security questions about safety and checks all fire escapes (just in case). Inasmuch as I’m an expert on anxiety, many of my friends are the complete opposite of me. They would be those who nonchalantly watching the Titanic crash, still being the passengers, and who don’t seem to worry even when they find themselves hanging on the edge of the cliff.
I don’t know what it takes to attain this level of tranquility and which techniques you guys use. I always knew that self-relaxation is a worthwhile skill, and the idea of enjoying life with a relaxed to-the-fullest mind has interested me for years. Yet, over time I had to admit that I’ll probably never achieve tranquility for myself. Thinking of the benefits of calmness for my future, I’ve tried different techniques for going into a serene state of mind: meditation, yoga, deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, and physical exercise. As a result of these practices, I’ve only learned to appear relaxed, while inside of me was a whole whirlwind of emotions.
Honestly, I envy you, my friends — you who can remain calm in the middle of tornado. To my way of thinking, you’re true superheroes. As I’m desperately trying to make my way through life, struggling with anxiety, inner conflicts and everyday problems, you calmly drift through the obstacles, spreading around your peaceful, shamanic energy and not getting nervous at all. If I had been you, I would have accomplished much more in life, effortlessly overcoming every barrier. If I had been you, I wouldn’t have thought about all the possible bad things that might happen.
Recently, a friend of mine who spent a couple of weeks with me told me I’m a calm person. Shocked, I choked on the coffee and spat it out. Being calm is one of the things I’d been longing for many years, but it was awkward to explain it to him. On the ocean’s surface, everything looks different than at a depth, and I might look relaxed, but in fact wait for the eruption of a volcano.
Still, I like calm people. When I am once again scared to death by an imaginable disaster, I can find peace and nuggets of wisdom in their company. Listening attentively to my complaints, they always manage to settle me down. Sometimes I think that maybe all the calm people just smoke too much pot? Or they understand everything about life and don’t carethat much? Maybe I also will learn to no not care one day. Probably when I'll die.

I Like Relaxed People
I like relaxed people.
I’m the one who always fusses around, thinking that (today is the day that the world will end / the world will end exactly today).
Maybe personal preference here, but "exactly" doesn't seem like a perfect fit. If you still want some emphasis on "today", you can move "today" to the front in the form of "today is the day that."
If you coame with me to a meeting, I also would also be the one who asks a(how security e it is/how safe it is/about the safety of it/questions about safeecurity) and checks all the fire escapes (just in case).
"security questions about safety" feels redundant since "security questions" is already related to "safety"
Just saying "security questions" makes it sound to me like you're interrogating an attendee at the meeting (as if you were a security guard). "secure" and "safety" have different nuances; "secure" can mean safety, but can also refer to whether (confidential) information in the meeting will get leaked or not, and "safety" refers to how much physical danger you're in, so I put in a few different phrases here for you to choose from just in case. "questions about the security" can work if you want to know if there are security guards, alarms, etc.
Inasmuch as I’m an expert on anxiety, many of my friends are the complete opposite of me.

Yet, over time I've had to admit that I’ll probably never achieve tranquility for myself.
Thinking of the benefits of calmness for my future, I’ve tried different techniques for going into a serene state of mind: meditation, yoga, deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, and physical exercise.

Honestly, I envy you, my friends — you who can remain calm in the middle of a tornado/storm.
"storm" sounds more idiomatic to me, probably because of the idiom "calm in the eye of the storm"
To my way of thinkinge/From my perspective, you’re the true superheroes.

I Like Relaxed People
I like relaxed people.
Every time I see someone at ease, I want to pat them on the back and say “Keep it up, man, because you can.” Why do I want to do that?
Well, because unlike many of my friends, I’m not a chill person at all.
This is not wrong, but "chill" is quite an informal word. "relaxed" is probably a bit more appropriate here.
Are you interested in getting a healthy dose of adrenaline?
Well, imagine yourself being me.
I’m the one who always fusses around, thinking thatas if the world will end exactly today.
In this case "as if" sounds a bit more natural, since you probably don't literally think the world will end. We tend not to use "exactly" with "today".
If you coame with me to a meeting, I also would be the one who asks a securityed questions about safety and checksed all the fire escapes (just in case).
"also" should go after "would", but here it is not necessary. Usually "all" is followed by "the". Also, the tenses need to agree.
Inasmuch as I’m an expert on anxiety, many of my friends are the complete opposite of me.
They would be those who nonchalantly watching the Titanic crash, still being the passengerswhile still on board, and who don’t seem to worry even when they find themselves hanging on the edge of thea cliff.
"on board" is used to express the idea of being on a ship (or train, plane, etc.) as opposed to getting off.
I don’t know what it takes to attain this level of tranquility and which techniques you guys use.
I always knew that self-relaxation iwas a worthwhile skill, and the idea of enjoying life with a relaxed to-the-fullest mind has interested me for years.
With verbs like "knew" in the past tense, you should use "was" not "is".
Yet, over time I have had to admit that I’ll probably never achieve tranquility for myself.
Thinking of the benefits of calmness for my future, I’ve tried different techniques for going into a serene state of mind: meditation, yoga, deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, and physical exercise.

Not wrong, but "from my perspective" or "to my mind" might sound a bit more natural.
As I’m desperately trying to make my way through life, struggling with anxiety, inner conflicts and everyday problems, you calmly drift through the obstacles, spreading around your peaceful, shamanic energy and not getting nervous at all.

This is not a question, so using a question mark is very informal. It would be okay in a text message to a friend, but in an essay it seems out of place.
Or they understand everything about life and don’t carethat much?
Maybe I also will learn to no notwill also learn not to care one day.
"also" comes after "will", and normally "not" goes before "to [verb]"
Probably when I'll die.
"when" is generally used with the present tense, even if the meaning is in the future. E.g. "When I go to Paris next week, I will eat a croissant"
