I Have Corona (49)
I found out I have Corona yesterday, and I'm still not feeling well.
First, I felt chilly, so I checked my temperature, but it was 36.5 C.
This is my average temperature.
However, since I really felt sick, so I went to see a doctor.
There was a sign in the clinic saying "Take the Corona test first, and come to visit".
I took the test and I was positive.
I have gotten vaccinated four times, but ended up having Corona.
昨日、コロナに感染してることがわかりました。今でも調子が悪いです。
最初、寒気がしたので、体温をはかりました、でも36.5Cでした。

でも、とても体調が悪かったので、医者に行きました。
クリニックの中に、「コロナのテストをしてから来てください。」という張り紙がありました。
私はテストをしました。そしたら陽性でした。
私は4回コロナワクチンを接種してありますが、とうとうコロナにかかりました。

I think most people understand what you mean, but in English, we mostly call it COVID.

By far the most common way in English to describe contracting coronavirus is "I got COVID."
You can say "I got corona", but it's less common and personally I feel it has a slight association with a cavalier attitude towards COVID transmission, or it is used by people who are trying to be a little humorous about their situation.
So sorry to hear you got COVID despite 4 vaccinations... I also got vaccinated several times and still got COVID twice in just two months. It sucks. Get well soon!

It's also important to know that native speakers probably hold each other to a higher standard. No one is going to get super offended if you say corona.
