I have no idea why i am so nervous when i stand up on the stage, and at the same time, my heartbeats is very fast. My heart is pounding so quickly although i try to calm myself down by breathing deeply. But I totally can not control myself. Deep breathe was not working all the time.
Definitely, i just have not enough experience. It is really difficult for me to take the first step to speak out in front of many people.
What can i do to defeat such fear?
To some extent, i think that fear stems from the lack of confidence and ability. Taking priority to improve myself is a good choice of overcoming the stage fright. If i am able to speak something that attracts others or arouses people's interest, i will become confident and i consider their acceptance as a kind of motivation to speak more.
I have a stage fright
I have no idea why iI am so nervous when iI stand up on the stage, and a. At the same time, my heartbeats is very fast.
*my heartbeats is very fast
"My heartbeat is very fast." or "My heart beats very fast."
My heart is pounding so quickly al, even though iI'm trying to calm myself down by breathing deeply.
*even though
"My heart is pounding so quickly and I try to calm myself down by breathing deeply."
or
"My heart is pounding so quickly, even though I'm trying to calm myself down by breathing deeply."
I can't explain why, but the presence of "even though" changes what verb tense (try vs trying) sounds natural in this sentence.
But I totally can not control myself.
Deep breathe wass do not working all the time.
*Deep breathe
Breathe is the verb. Breath is the noun.
*all the time
The verb tense "was not working" doesn't fit with "all the time". You would have to change the verb tense, e.g. "Deep breaths do not work all the time" or "Deep breathing does not work all the time."
*was not working
You could also change the time, e.g. "Deep breaths were not working at the time" or Deep breaths were not working this time." (Because the noun is plural, I changed the verb to "were not working".)
Definitely, iI just don´t have not enough experience.
It is really difficult for me to take the first step to speak out in front of many people.
"Speak out" has a slightly different meaning: to express a strong opinion. I believe you're talking about the regular speaking in this case.
What can iI do to defeat such fear?
To some extent, iI think that fear stems from the lack of confidence and ability.
TMaking it a priority to improve myself is a good choice ofway to overcoming the stage fright.
"Making it a priority" is a more natural here. "Choice" is acceptable, but "way" is also more natural here.
You could also say, "Making it a priority to improve myself is a good choice to overcome stage fright."
If iI am able to speakay something that attracts others or arouses people's interest, iI will become confident and i consider their acceptance as a kind of motivation to speak more.
"Speak" implies something more formal and/or scripted. If you're using the word "something" to describe what you're saying, it's more natural to use "say".

If you experience stage fright, even just writing here is a step towards your goal of feeling confident. Thank you for writing. :)
