I fell like writing a book
Out of nowhere I felt like writing a book. It's incredible what we can do to late our duties. I need study programming, I need work in my electronic project, but most importanly, I urgently need get back to study english. But wahtever I felt like to do anything instead what I need to do. Writing a book it's seens easier than study things then i dont know how to learn.

É impressionante o que estamos dispostos a fazer para adiar as nossas obrigações, preciso estudar programação, preciso voltar a trabalhar no meu projeto eletrônico, mas principalmente preciso urgentemente voltar a estudar inglês. Mas me deu vontade de fazer qualquer coisa menos o que realmente preciso fazer. Escreve um livro parece mais fácil do que estudar coisas que ainda nem sei como vou aprender.

Since most of the things you say are in present tense, it is better to stay consistence with that.

"Can do" means "being able to do", while "would do" means "willing to do". It is what your heart wants to do that make you put off your duties.

When connecting two complete sentences like "I need to study programming, I need to work on my electronic project" with just a comma, it is called run-on sentences and are grammatically incorrect. You may add conjunction like "and, or, but" after the comma to make it correct, or you may just separate them into independent sentences like "I need to study programming. I need to work on my electronic project."
