I don't like wearing a mask.

When I work, I always put on a mask. I decided I never put it on during work. But, I couldn't put off it soon because one of my colleagues had a cold. I go back in the mask life style. It is disappointed.

This sentence seems to contradict your previous sentence. You said previously that you always wear a mask at work, and in the next sentence you said you never wear a mask at work, so I am confused about what you wanted to say!

Maybe you want to say: "I used to always wear a mask at work, however one day I decided to never wear a mask at work again." Is this what you wanted to say?

But, I couldn't put off it soontake it off straight away because one of my colleagues had a cold.

I goTherefore I went back into the mask life style.

It is disappointeding.

Or: "I am disappointed" or " I felt disappointed"
