I don't know what to write

And yes, I saw the "prompt list" link right below the editor window and yet I was not tempted enough to click on it. Thus here I am briefly writing about my self-denigrating experience of not knowing what to write. I have recently realised that my self-conception has degraded into the world-renowned theme of "I am such an idiot (or to be politically correct: a dumbass)" and it's safe to say that my confidence has soared. Disappointing sarcasm aside, it's difficult to write anything when I feel that everything I spew onto the screen is pure garbage*. I miss the good old days when I can spew the same garbage yet feel good only for the fact that I wrote something; that childlike self-congratulatory attitude is what I wish would replace my current view of "write like Orwell or write a rant about how awful you are at writing on LangCorrect".

Anyhow, thanks for reading.

*Is the use of "pure" here redundant? What's the difference between pure and impure garbage? Can this question be solved by examining the idiom "another man's trash is another man's treasure"? Do I think that everything I write (nota bene: 100%) is garbage? I am not too bothered to think of an answer right now; I find it to be an interesting thought that's all.

No that is how you would say it.

What's the difference between pure and impure garbage?

You really wouldn’t say impure garbage. But I suppose it would mean a mix of things that are garbage and things that are not.

Can this question be solved by examining the idiom "another man's trash is another man's treasure"?

The idiom is “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure”. This is referring to people being able to find a use for or value in something that no longer brings value to the original owner.

I am not toocan’t be bothered to think of an answer right now; I fjust thindk it to be’s an interesting thought that's all.

Haha yeah. I knew the exact phrase but I still messed up when I wrote it. Thanks for the correction.
