A month ago, I had my daughter's badminton racket strung at a sports club store. Unfortunately, a week after, the racket strings loosened and could not used properly again. I was so disappointed and left a one-star review on the Google Map Review page as a response, one out five stars was really the lowest possible feedback. Later, the shop owner replied with a long explanation for my review, although I didn't quite agree with the owner at all. However, I thought my review might had given the shop owner a serious negative impact, since I noticed around 400 people had seen my negative comment. Yesterday, I deleted my review, since Jesus suggests us always forgive others. I hope the shop owner will improve their service and learn from my comment.

It's better to capitalize words, with the exceptions of prepositions like "a" and "on" for readability purposes.

These are two independent statements. That the latter explains the former is implied.
Later, the shop owner replied with a long explanation for my review, although I didn't quite agree with the owner at all.
"Didn't quite" means you didn't see eye to eye. "At all" means you view it completely differently. They express different degrees of disagreement so you can only use one here.
However, I noticed around 400 people had seen my negative comment and thought my review might had given the shop owner a sveriousy negative impact, since I noticed around 400 people had seen my negative comment.
This sentence is fairly logical, but for some reason having this thought due to noticing people had seen the comment feels wrong from a linguistic perspective. "And" still implies a causal relationship, but of a different kind. Hard to explain.
Yesterday, I deleted my review, since Jesus suggests us always forgive others.
Good sentence, but would you not have deleted your post had Jesus not said that?
I hope the shop owner will improve their service and learn from my comment.
