I am writing a scientific article...

Chlorophyll-a concentration is one of the most important marine ecosystem parameters available from satellite imagery. It is widely used to calculate ocean primary production or the radiation balance of the ocean. However, the algorithms for obtaining chlorophyll-a concentrations from satellite data do not always take into account the regional features of the studied ecosystems, for example, rivers bringing suspended sediments and increasing water productivity. The influence of river runoff or melting of ice can change the seawater composition, affecting the inherent hydrooptical characteristics and the distribution of chlorophyll-a in the surface water layer. All this leads to the incorrect performance of the satellite algorithms. One way to solve this problem is to create regional algorithms based on the local datasets, inherently taking into account the characteristic features of the studied region. The presented work discusses various types of algorithms that allow obtaining the chlorophyll-a concentration of in the Kara Sea, based on satellite and in situ remote sensing reflectance.

This is a part af a paper I am writing. Please don't bother with the terminology, just help me with the grammar and style.

Corrections

Chlorophyll-a concentration is one of the most important marine ecosystem parameters available fromelements that can be viewed using satellite imagery.

All this leads to the incorrectpoor performance of the satellite algorithms.

The presented work discusses various types of algorithms that allow obtaining the chlorophyll-for the collection of chlorophyll-(specifically?), a concentration of in the Kara Sea, based on satellite and in situ remote sensing reflectance.

Inherently isn't really used in this context.

You could use "of" or "in" but not both.

Then how do I say that something it not done deliberately, but happens naturally in the course of some other action?

My bad, I think I may have misexplained what I meant. Inherently could possibly be used in a somewhat similar situation, but it's pretty redundant based on the context and feels a little unnatural to me. Maybe if you wanted to be extra clear you could use the word "naturally" instead of "inherently." Inherently feels a little awkward to me because you are taking a special action to use regional algorithm, so it wasn't inherent, but a purposeful decision to factor in regional characteristics. Overall, I think that no word is necessary there. I hope that makes sense! Feel free to respond if you have any questions.

Ok, that is really helpful, thanks again!
