I am the kind of person equally with STEM and humanities. I clearly remember that my father, a chemistrical engineer, often suggested I to learn to be an engineer like him. However, it appears that I like history, although I also recognize carpentry, and electricity as hobbies of mine.
When learning about STEM, it's quite a challenge for me to have a deep understanding, even though a significant amount of time is consumed on it. History, on the other hand, also takes a lot of my spare time. In truth, I didn't find too much difference between the two areas, so I am inclined equal to both.
I am Equally toInterested in Both STEM and the Humanityies
needs an additional word here-- you might also have meant "I am Equally Good at Both STEM and the Humanities"
I am the kind of person equally withgood at STEM and the humanities.
"equally" needs some kind of extra word here-- equally good, equally interested, etc

this correction means "I spend a lot of time learning STEM." If you meant "it takes me a long time to understand STEM topics", then try this correction:
"even though a significant amount of time is consumed on it." -> "even if I spend a significant amount of time on it."
History, on the other hand, also takes a lot of my spare time.
"on the other hand" means "to the contrary" or "differently from what I have just said". You said in the previous sentence that STEM takes a long time, so it sounds a bit strange here.
Possible correction: "History also takes a lot of my spare time." "On the other hand, I enjoy spending my spare time learning history."
In truth, I didon't findsee too much difference between the two areas, so I am equally inclined equal to both.
