Hypothetical stay-cation

I wish to spend the last of summer in Korea but I can't go anytime soon. So hypothetically, I'd plan to spend a week in Seoul. I'd book a hotel room in a neighborhood a bit far from the city center so I'd be able to walk there (I enjoy taking walks and just sightseeing outside of a vehicle). I'd try to visit as many tourist attractions as possible and a few cafes.

Hypothetical stay-cation

A "staycation" is a vacation spent at home or nearby. What you are hypothetically planning doesn't sound like that, so I believe your title is misleading.

I wishould like to spend the last (part) of summer in Korea but I can't go anytime soon.

So hypothetically, I'd plan to spend a week in Seoul.

I'd book a hotel room in a neighborhood a bit farway from the city center so I'd be able to walk there (I enjoy taking walks and just sightseeing outside of a vehicle).

"A bit far" is not incorrect, but it sounds a little funny to me.

I'd try to visit as many tourist attractions as possible and a few cafes.
