In sweden we usually use de/dem, translated to they/them, but since they are pronounced the same it's becoming more and more accepted to just write "dom" all the time. "Dem" is correct to use here but since you used "dom" instead earlier in the text you should be consistent and continue with "dom" alternatively change the earlier "dom" to "de".
