Den är enkel, elegant, och ordnad. I teori är den "to-do" listan svaret för all ens produktivitetsproblem. Först skriva "skriva to-do list" överst bara så att man har något som kan avbockas omedelbart, sedan göra en list för alla sakerna som måste göras. Gå genom dem sedan uppskattar sin bedrift.
Men för de flesta är de här listorna oändliga. "Det är därför jag inte gillar to-do listor eftersom de blir så överväldigande att de är hotfulla och man vill aldrig titta på dem." säger Julie Morgenstern, organisering- och produktivitet- expert och författaren av "Time Management from the Inside Out". It is simple and elegant and ordered. In theory, the to-do list is the answer to all your productivity problems. First, write “write to-do list” at the top, just so you have something to tick off immediately, then list all the things you need to get done. Work your way through, then bask in the glory of your achievement.
Except, for many of us, our lists are never-ending. “That’s why I don’t like to-do lists – because they become so overwhelming that they’re intimidating and then you never want to look at them,” says Julie Morgenstern, an organising and productivity expert and the author of Time Management from the Inside Out. “They’re a place to capture tasks, but not execute tasks.”
Clare Evans, a time-management and productivity coach, agrees. She doesn’t like calling them “to-do lists”. “I refer to them as action lists,” she says. To create an effective action list, fill it with things on which you will truly take action; don’t create a giant inventory of random, and perhaps unimportant, tasks.

This is perfectly fine on its own. Just note that "lista" refers to lists in general, as in English. As such, it isn't obvious from the title that the text is about to-do lists specifically.

"ordnad" makes me think more of ordered behaviour etc, rather than an individual object or list being ordered. For a list, I'd rather go with "välstrukturerad", i.e. "well-structured".

You could argue about whether there should be a hyphen between "att" and "göra", but there should definitely be one between "göra" and "listan" anyway.
I wouldn't recommend combining "svar" and "problem". I know that the original writes "the answer to [...] problems", but I'd argue that this is just as bad in English. Instead, I'd recommend the "solution" to the problem. (Alternatively, you could rewrite it as the answer to a "question".)
Note the preposition: svar på [en fråga] = answer to [a question]

The original had "bask in the glory of your achievement". You could go with something like "sola dig i strålglansen av din bedrift", which sounds about as over-the-top as it does in English. "uppskatta" = "appreciate", which seems much too limited. I went with "njuta"="enjoy"/"savour".

"uppdrag" isn't really something you can store in Swedish. I went with "hålla reda på" = "keep track off".
Also, "uppdrag" is closer to "assignment"/"mission" (in a company, in the military etc). Everyday tasks would be better translated as "uppgifter". Still, note that the latter also has connotations of "assignment" (e.g. school homework etc). "sysslor" would refer specifically to recurring household tasks or similar such as cleaning, taking out rubbish etc (basically, "chores"), but it sounds a bit old-fashioned.

I can't think of a good translation for "time management coach", but I'm also not sure how much is lost by just removing this altogether.
In that case, with just the one job title, it feels more natural to start the sentence with it.
