Human spine

Many people suffer pain from too much sitting. Esther Gokhale, an acupuncturist has researched human spine shape. She says we have forgotten how to use our bodies. Some people slump over too much, So they have C shape spine, and others pull their necks forward while their back and butts are pulled back. Both shapes are unnatural and a recipe for body injuries. Ester started her research after having back pain as a young mother. She did some surgery, but it did not work out. She read medical studies and found that traditional cultures don't have this problem, So she decided to study them firsthand. she found that despite having demanding lives these people are pain-free, and it is because of their spine shape which is straight from the top and curves at the bottom.

Both shapes are unnatural and a recipe for body injuries.

"So" should be with a lowercase S in your original sentence. Otherwise, my suggestions are mostly for a better-sounding style.

Both shappostures are unnatural, and a recipe for bodycan even lead to injuries.

"A recipe" can be a good phrase to use (often seen with "for disaster"), but often it refers to several factors producing some consequence, like ingredients in a cooking recipe, and it is somewhat colloquial: "The boys will spend the the afternoon on the muddy playground without supervision? That's a recipe for disaster!"

Esther started her research after having back pain as a young mother.

She diread some surgery, but it did not work outmedical studies, and found that more primitive societies don't have this problem, so she decided to study them firsthand.

"Tradition" and "culture" refer more to ideas, religions, philosophies, history, etc., rather than the people themselves, and their lifestyle. A new country with a modern lifestyle, for instance, can still have a very traditional culture. "Society" and "primitive", on the other hand, refer rather to the people themselves, and the way they live and work from day to day.

sShe found that despite having demanding lives, these people are pain-freedo not experience chronic back pain, and it is because of the shape of their spine shapes, which isare straight from the top and curves at the bottom.

I suggest "chronic back pain" as I think it fits with the rest of your paragraph. "Pain-free" would imply they do not experience pain anywhere in their bodies, which is not mentioned.

Usual for titles to contain an article.

The way you wrote it is fully understandable, I've just made some suggestions as to how it could read a bit better.

Esther started her research after havexperiencing back pain as a young mother.

She did somehad surgery, but it did not work out.

I would use past-perfect tense here for the first action (reading medical studies).

Great job! Everyone in my generation is the same: curved spine and terrible vision from all the time sitting in front of a computer... Our modern way of living doesn't really give us space for developing a health posture!

Thanks a lot. I appreciate your help.

Many people suffer pain from sitting too much sitting.

Your original sentence is fine, but this word order seems more natural to me.

Esther Gokhale, an acupuncturist, has researched human spine shape.

This is a very picky correction!

She says we have forgotten how to use our bodies.

Some people slump over too much, Sso they have C a C-shaped spine, and others pull their necks forward while their back and butts are pullshed back.

Using opposite verbs helps emphasize the necks and backs/butts going in opposite direction (eg, pulled - pushed/thrust/etc)

She dihad some surgery, but it did not work outcure her.

did surgery -> she is a surgeon, operating on other people
had surgery -> she was operated on

"it did not work out" makes it sound a little like she died.

She read medical studies and found that traditional cultures don't have this problem, Sso she decided to study them firsthand.

sShe found that despite having demanding lives these people are pain-free, and it is because of their spine shape which is straight fromat the top and curves at the bottom.

demanding lives -> physically demanding lives
Might be a good change, to emphasize that they do lots of physically intense activity (if that's the case)
