I was kind of confused by your title, so I changed it to make it more understandable. You could also write, "Happiness Is...".

Whenever we think about happiness, for most of us think ofwhat comes to mind is good health, family, friends, material security, going on vacation…, etc. Maybe someone remembers the old famous old saying, ''Everyone is athe blacksmith of their own happiness''.
