Este es mi primero diario en Español y hoy es mi primero día estudiando. Solo pueda escribir un poco cada vez.
This is my first diary in Spanish and today is my first day studying it. I can only write a little bit at a time.
Hoy decidí empezar a aprender Eespañol.
Language names are considered "common nouns" in Spanish, so you don't have add an initial cap.

When they come before nouns that are singular and masculine, "primero" and "tercero" are shortened to "primer" and "tercer", respectively.

Solo puedao escribir un poco cada vez.
"pueda" would be "Subjuntivo" (used for desires, uncertainty). You want the "Indicativo" in this case.
