In the past, I tried the Pomodoro technique to study programming.

Then, I used a method of alternating between 45 minutes of work and 15 minutes of break.

This was a method from a book, which author recommended to do sorecommended by the author of a book.

That's kind of plike Pomodoro too, but without the declaringation of the global goal of a session.

After that, I threw away all timinged techniques and just siat and wrote code like in a constant stream.

When I went to university almost all classes, we were free to us to do what we wanted to do, so I was sitting in almost all of the classes, so I sat with my laptop and making an appspent the whole time making an app.

I've picked up Pomoroddoro again, and I'll try to follow it more paticonsistently.
