How to prounounce this: "eat some of its fruit" | IPA

How does she proununce this like: eat some of its fruit. I can't recognize how she pronounces the words 'eat some of its fruit,' because if we take the transcription, it sounds completely different: /iːt sʌm əv ɪts fruːt/. I need advice on how I can understand IPA by ear (if I even need to)

You need to be consistent with which quote marks you use, ' or "

Feedback

As a native speaker, she said that sentence normally.

I can't offer any theory for IPA, but there is a tool that's helpful for getting used to how natives actually speak at normal speed: the Chrome Extension "Language Reactor". You can use it with YouTube and Netflix to work on your listening skills. Find something with subtitles, then turn on "Automatically pause playback at the end of every subtitle". Find a sentence you struggle to hear the words in (like your example), then keep hitting 1 to slow down the speed, and S to repeat the subtitle. Keep going until you can make out all the words.

Good luck!
