How to Cook Ratatouille

I have to make dinner for myself because I live alone and restaurants in the university are not open due to COVID-19. So, I have found an almost perfect nutrition-balanced dish; it is Ratatouille.
Ratatouille is a French domestic dish which is like tomato soup with some vegetables. I will show how to cook it in a brief process.
In the beginning, the materials are a tomato can (about 300g), olive oil, one onion, one paprika, garlic (three peace), and a zucchini. You can add mushrooms if you want. The first step is cutting garlic and roast them with olive oil in a pot. If the garlic becomes crispy, add chopped onion. After a while, add chopped paprika too. Then, put in sliced zucchini and mushrooms. In the end, stew the vegetables with tomato on low heat. Don't forget to adjust the taste by salt, pepper, and consomme. I think basil goes well with this recipe.

Good job! I also make ratatouille at my house, but I add eggplant and some oregano (not much) along with the basil. It's a good way to use the garden vegetables from the end of summer.
