How hard to find a job in Russia

2 weeks ago I got fired from my job. I worked there for 1 year and now I'm trying to find a new job. It's so hard, almost every employers are crazy. Half of them just ingore me and don't reply anything, other half want me to be Elon Musk. They ask a lot of experience, a lot of knowleges and English at C1 level and at the same time they offer like 400$. Damn, only my rent cost me 300$. That's crazy, all these guys think that people should be a genious with a lot of experience and offer us like nothing. Some no name companies without any career growth possibility, and low salary. They should be thankful for just any guy, because salary like that is awful. I feel like I need to find a needle in a haystack. Because of this the best way to find a job it is your friends or some people you may know, they always have some good jobs and it is the only way to find something well

You can use "every employer" or "all employers".

They askrequired a lot of experience, a lot of knowledges and, including English at C1 level and at the same tim, while they are offer likeing around 400$.

Damn, only my rent costs me 300$.

Some no name companies without any career growth possibility, and low salary.

This sentence is a little bit confusing and it looks as we are missing some information in it.

They should be thankful for just any guy, because salary like thatany interested person/candidate, because such a salary is awful.

Because of this, the best way tofor finding a job it isare your friends or some people you may know, as they always have some good jobs suggestions and it is the only way to find something well.

I am so sorry to hear all of this, but the situation is pretty similar in Europe. Unfortunately, we need to deal with it and not give up! I hope you will find something that suits you in the future.

It’s not just in Russia. Right now in the U.S., too, many people are out of work and looking, while very few companies are hiring. Because of that, the requirements are very high while the salaries are low. I’ve been looking for many months already. Good luck to both of us.

Thank you! In Russia a lot of companies are hiring, but some of them looks like slaving. 6/1 12 hours a lot of knowledge and salary 300-400$. Anyway thank you and wish you luck too <3

I sympathize! The job market here in the US isn't great either, although it may not be as bad as Russia. My sister's boyfriend has been looking for a job for half a year and hasn't found anything. I wish you luck!
