How does advertising affect the body image of men?

How does advertising affect the body image of men?

I'm positive that the advertising affects the body image of men. Especially on younger ones as they are the generation that more uses Internet. This is the reason that these children can start showing body image problems very soon.

And frankly speaking, I don't really think people should get that much exposure to this. But in the end of the day, advertising is a business, and they have to promote their producs, whereas these products also sell solutions...

Soon = is about to happen.
Early = towards the beginning.
I think you mean to say that children start developing problems early (when they are still children).

But in the end of the day, advertising is a business, and they have to promote their products, whereas these products also sell solutions...

I don't understand "whereas these products also sell solutions..."

How dDoes aAdvertising aAffect the bBody iImage of mMen?

I would capitalize if this is a title, especially since it's repeated below uncapitalized.
